Samuele Schiavon

Web Marketing and Digital Coordinator

Samuele Schiavon is a professional UX/UI designer with extensive experience as a digital consultant for major companies. He oversees all web projects at the Global Campus.

Samuele Schiavon is a digital professional specializing in user experience design, web development, and digital project coordination. He has consulted for the Global Campus of Human Rights on various web projects since 2013 and officially joined the organization’s staff at the beginning of 2023.

Throughout his career he has collaborated with several leading Italian companies in the fields of web development, communication, and digital marketing, including H-Farm, AKQA, Jakala, Hibo, and Alpenite, where he worked on user experience design, web development, and the coordination of complex digital projects.

In 2010 he founded Babel Studio (formerly The Creative Way), a consultancy specialized in UX design, web development, and e-commerce solutions, delivering digital projects for brands, SMEs, institutions, and organizations at both national and international level.

In 2008 he was certified as a Short-Term Expert by the European Commission for the implementation of digital projects funded by EU and non-EU governments, subsequently working in Romania, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia.

He has also been involved in teaching activities in the fields of web design and user experience in both public and private sectors, collaborating with Regione del Veneto and the European Social Fund.

His main research and professional interests include user experience, digital interface usability, cognitive ergonomics, interaction design, and human–computer interaction.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ancient History (2004) and a Master’s degree in Computer Science for the Humanities (2006) from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

He currently serves as Web Marketing & Digital Coordinator at the Global Campus of Human Rights.
