
Samuele Schiavon is a professional UX/UI designer with extensive experience as a digital consultant for major companies. He oversees all web projects at the Global Campus.
Samuele Schiavon has consulted for the Global Campus of Human Rights on various web projects since 2013 and officially joined the organization’s staff at the beginning of 2023. Since 2006, he has collaborated as a consultant with some of Italy’s leading web and digital media companies, including H-Farm, H-Art/AKQA, Jakala, Hibo, and Alpenite. In 2010, he founded the consulting firm Babel Studio (formerly The Creative Way), which has developed numerous projects for brands, companies, institutions, and organizations.
In 2008, Samuele was certified as a Short-Term Expert by the European Commission for the implementation of digital projects financed by EU and non-EU governments, and subsequently worked in Romania, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. He has also taught web design techniques in both the private business sector and the public sector, including for the Veneto Region and the European Social Fund.
Samuele’s interests center on the ergonomics of digital interfaces, usability, design, and, more broadly, the human cognitive process and the human-machine relationship. He holds a BA in Ancient History and a specialized degree in Computer Science for Humanities from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
