Alberta oversees the planning and execution of the Training and Project Department’s activities at every stage of development, including proposal submission, budgeting and financial management, creating internal support mechanisms, fostering knowledge sharing, coordinating the team, supervising communication and logistics tasks, and drafting evaluations and reports.
