Legal Status

The Global Campus is a Third Sector Entity ETS according to Italian law, and its constitution, governance and functioning is legally based on the Global Campus Statute. This is further defined, in line with Italian law, under the Organisation, Management and Auditing Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. The Global Campus is included in the National Unified Registry for the Third Sector (RUNTS).

Strategic Documents

The Global Campus is guided by its vision, mission and strategic objectives, which are periodically updated to respond to evolving realities in the field of educating future generations of human rights defenders. The Global Campus further encoded specific commitments in an Environmental Policy and Gender Equality Plan

Safeguarding & Integrity System

The GC Safeguarding and Integrity System is a set of codes, procedures, measures and practices to ensure that the Global Campus upholds its value commitments, protects individuals from harm, and responds to allegations of wrongdoing. Its comprises the Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, the Whistleblowing Procedure, and a description of the integrity system and procedures in place.
