The Global Classroom 2024 programme, which focused on the theme “Just Transition: Conditions for Change of the Global Order,” brought together students from eight regional Master’s programmes in the Global Campus network to share their different viewpoints.

The students, representing over 20 nationalities, presented historical and contemporary case studies on transitional justice processes.

We eagerly anticipate the start of this unique program and look forward to the warm welcome from the staff of the 8th GC Master’s Programme, the MAHRS in Central Asia, launched last year in Bishkek.

With the establishment of this eighth regional hub, the Global Campus has significantly expanded its presence in Central Asia, complementing existing hubs in Europe, South East Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Caucasus, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Arab World. This expansion amplifies the reach and efficacy of our university network, propelling our mission of promoting human rights and democracy on a global scale.

his dynamic event, featuring panel discussions, keynote speeches, interactive sessions, and performances, convened civil society members, policymakers, and cultural organisations to explore the intricate nexus of art, human rights, children’s rights, disability rights, and inclusion.

The Global Campus of Human Rights has been selected, by the jury of the award, in acknowledgment of its pivotal efforts in providing accessible and top-tier education in the realm of Human Rights.

The book was launched on 3rd March 2023 by Veronica Gomez, GC President and Manfred Nowak, GC Secretary General within the presentation of the UN Global Study on Children Deprived of Liberty, organised by Manu Krishan, Global Study Coordinator at the Global Campus and held at the Auditorio Belgrano of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship.

The launch event simultaneously commemorated the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration for Human Rights (UDHR)
